After a farcical couple of months writing back and forth with a woman called Ilo about trying to aqcuire some digital copies of Waterman's Hunter slides (she kept evading my efforts in ways that started to seem like a kind of method to keep me as a source of attention to her ego ramblings, ultimately stating she wasn't feeling it in her right to send me anything), I did finally get a reply from the Alaskan Alpine Club, who are in possession of all the original material and who granted me access, suggesting I come to Fairbanks and help them sort through it.. I much wish for this to happen but after having already planned another hike (some time back), I'm not sure when I'll be able to exactly. Will work for it.
