Read it’s not safe to swim in these waters because of rocks and undercurrents.
I kept thinking about this on the way back .. there was even a pair of underwear under the clothes, they could’ve been there for years (hard to tell from the withered state in rough weather but the sandals looked somewhat 90s eco-wear?). Been trying to come up with other scenarios but wherever this person went, they were naked and shoeless on a steep slope.
