Woke up from a dream in which I walked around a long building. Through one of the windows I can see people doing some kind of work. The vent of the half open window is held by a little black string. I try to remove it in an attempt to go inside but it seems to be covered in a black tarry mass and sticks to my finger. A woman from inside comes and tells me that it's a kind of trap to keep strangers away. I explain that I was looking for work and that I just wanted to see what's going on. She removes the string from my finger and lets me in. The building looks like a large stall from the inside and everywhere people put up some kind of amusement program that consists of changing your costume every couple of minutes and interacting with the others in an affirmative way, sometimes exchanging sexual favors or drinking. Someone seems to be the onlooker but it's never quite clear who that is. I walk into one of the stalls and meet a man who's just getting into his costume, a long coat made of a horse's mane. He tells me that he just came back from a business trip on which he slept with an unknown woman without protection because he felt it was somehow required of him. I wonder if the job is fit for me but I'm somehow still willing to try. I am led into another stall where I have to fill out a test. The sheet of paper that is handed to me has several layers of other white sheets of paper glued onto it.. only in the middle a couple of questions are visible. I try to answer them the best I can and hand it in. The test is returned to me with the information that I haven't passed it. When trying to find out why, I notice that there are some sections in which i received no points at all. No one is there to answer me so I look through a pile of old tests that presumably belong to those who have passed. Everyone has drawn some extravagant half human half animal -face on the front that's supposed to represent them. I realize that below the glued up part of my sheet were other sections with questions that I didn't get to see and answer. There's no one I can talk to.
