Something had warned me but the spot was tempting.. At sunset I was sitting still and watching the birds get comfortable when suddenly a man came from the brush. He did not greet back, walked unnecessarily close by my camp and stood rutting, straddle-legged by the edge of that boulder. I stuffed my camp into the bag in seconds and took off jogging down the mountain, eyes over shoulder. Made it back to the road just when it was dark. I miss the unimpeded mountains and I'm not sure how to solve that.
