Rented out my flat to this guy https://www.sandy-brown.com/artists/VQI88va/alex-vivian/ and really regretted it.. (maybe could've known by his art? Thought it was interesting and I guess that blended me) cleaning for days, Ozon reactor saved the day and rid me of the horrid smell.. he basically raped my place and disappeared.
